All Suite-World Sofas and Suites are made of the highest quality materials. We source our sofas and suites straight from the manufacturers, selling directly to the public and passing the savings on to you.


What happens if I get my sofa home and I don't like it?
If you don't love it... you don't have to live with it. 

Refund Policy and Order Cancellations
Whilst our driver is still at your home, you are able to inspect the goods and decide whether to retain them or not. If you decide not to keep them, the driver will take them away and you will get a FULL immediate refund, there will be no delivery surcharge to pay at all. 

After that point you may you may still cancel your order at any time up to 7 days after receiving your goods, we will arrange the collection should you require, however, a deduction will be made from your refund to cover this cost. 

In addition, an administration charge of 4% will be applied to all refunds. 

Please return cancelled goods in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging. 

Your refund will be provided within 30 days of cancellation by cheque.
No cash refunds. Refunds on bank cards are credited to the bank card used as payment.

We reserve the right to charge a fee of 25% for administration and handling in cases where the goods are returned and are not in their original condition or where we have incurred extraordinary expenses in the delivery and/or collection of the items.

Any exchange or return for a refund of stock merchandise is subject to inspection by Suite-World to ensure merchandise is returned in its original condition. Original condition includes, but is not limited to: No signs of wear or tear, scratches, nicks, stains, pet hair, smoke damage or missing parts (including pillows). A 25% cleaning/usage fee will be charged for items not returned in original condition. All returned stocked merchandise must be accompanied by your sales receipt. All applicable delivery fees, leather protection kits, and fabric protection charges are not refundable.

Our trained furniture repair professionals are available to come to your home and resolve any concerns that cannot be addressed over the telephone. In-home service is available Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm.


Delivery 
All orders for delivery in Kent and the home counties are handled by our own vans.

Every order you place with us will be delivered direct to your door. Orders outside theses areas are handled by a specialist home delivery courier service, so speed and security are guaranteed.
UK delivery is from £20 to £49.00, no matter how small or large your order.
This excludes the Scottish Highlands which may incur a surcharge depending on the item, please contact a customer services representative for details.

Delivery to the Scottish Western Isles, Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight are subject to a surcharge depending on the item. Please contact a customer services representative who will confirm the cost of delivery to these destinations.


Delivery Schedule 
We will endeavour to dispatch your goods as soon as possible. Items held in stock are delivered within 7 to 14 days. Other items are available on special order from our factory in Italy. If these special order items are going to take longer than 30 days we will inform you immediately and arrange a mutually convenient delivery slot. If a time to deliver cannot be agreed a full refund will be issued. If you need an item in a hurry please telephone or e-mail us for a speedy response on how long your chosen item will take to reach you. 

Many styles are available for immediate dispatch.


VAT Charges
All Prices include VAT at 17.5%.

We will respond to every customer complaint within 5 working days of the complaint being made, either by telephone, email or fax.
